Michael Muller

Michael Muller has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, particularly in the public sector. Since March 2017, Michael has served in various capacities at the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA), culminating in the role of Executive Director of Commuter Rail. Prior to MBTA, Michael had a distinguished career at the Social Security Administration from September 2003 to March 2017, where responsibilities included advising senior executives on resource allocation and managing a $5 billion Operations budget. Michael holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland.
