Shiney James

Shiney James currently serves as the Policy and Strategy Engagement Manager at MBTA, focusing on the E&M Safety Series training for various maintenance departments. With previous experience as a Data Administrator and Analyst at MBTA, Shiney successfully coordinated logistics for a comprehensive training program, achieving an impressive 80% attendance rate. At Boston University, Shiney held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Orientation, where extensive collaboration with various departments and external vendors facilitated successful orientation sessions. Additional roles included mentoring undergraduate students through the Posse program and managing off-campus housing services.
