Toni Wickson, CSP, is a highly experienced safety and compliance professional with a strong background in various industries. Currently serving as the EC and Life Safety Compliance Specialist at Massachusetts Eye and Ear since April 2024, Toni previously held roles as a Staff Scientist at Environmental Health & Engineering and a Safety Officer at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. Toni's career began at McDonald's Corporation, progressing from a Crew member to Department Head positions encompassing kitchen operations and human resources. Additionally, experience includes serving as a Correctional Officer at Western Kentucky Correctional Complex. Toni earned a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Murray State University.

Massachusetts Eye and Ear is a specialty hospital dedicated to excellence in the care of disorders that affect the eye, ear, nose, throat, and adjacent regions of the head and neck. Mass Eye and Ear provides primary care and serves as a referral center for outpatient and inpatient medical and surgical care.
