Diandra Y. Franks

Diandra Y. Franks, Esq. is an experienced attorney currently serving as Enforcement Counsel at the Massachusetts Gaming Commission since December 2022. Prior experience includes positions as an Associate Attorney at Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP and Burns & Farrey, where responsibilities included managing employment and professional liability cases, drafting legal documents, and maintaining client communication. Diandra also worked as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Massachusetts Trial Court and held various legal internships, gaining skills in legal research, client intake, and drafting court orders. Diandra holds a Doctor of Law degree from Northeastern University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies, along with a double major in English Literature from Roger Williams University.
