Chris Mullin

Chris Mullin has extensive experience in operations and leadership, currently serving as Chief of Staff at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since January 2016, after holding positions as Director of Operations and Senior Executive Associate. Prior to this role, Chris Mullin was Deputy Chief of Staff for Congresswoman Niki Tsongas from January 2009 to January 2016 and previously worked as Finance Director for The Niki Tsongas Committee. Early career experience includes roles as Deputy Budget Director at the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, Deputy Campaign Manager/Finance Director for The Gerry Leone Committee, Aide for Congressman Marty Meehan, and Regional Field Director for John Kerry's presidential campaign. Chris Mullin holds a degree from Salve Regina University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
