Jessica Leech

Jessica Leech currently serves as the Chief of Staff for Philanthropy and Communications at Meadows Mental Health Policy Institute, having progressed through various roles in philanthropy since May 2022. Prior to this position, Jessica worked at The University of Texas at Arlington as a Program Coordinator, where responsibilities included supporting a grant-funded program aimed at empowering social work students and practitioners. Jessica’s extensive experience in the hospitality industry includes over 15 years at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Jessica held multiple roles from Front Desk Associate to General Accountant. Additionally, Jessica has interned in social work settings, contributing to grant applications and providing end-of-life care support, and holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida.
