Ela Kijowska

Ela Kijowska is an experienced professional in international student services and global education, currently serving as the Associate Director of International Student Services at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since August 2023. Previously, Kijowska held significant leadership roles, including Director of the Center for Global Education at Simmons University and Director of the International Center at Bunker Hill Community College. With additional experience as Assistant Dean at Salem State University and Senior Director at UMass Boston, Kijowska has developed expertise in international affairs since beginning a career in this field in 2000 as a Program Coordinator at the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce. Kijowska holds an MBA in International Marketing from ESB Business School, Reutlingen University, and an MA in German Linguistics from Uniwersytet Rzeszowski.
