Jen Keene-Crouse

Jen Keene-Crouse is an experienced professional in the field of higher education, currently serving as the Assistant Director of College Based Advising at the University of Massachusetts Lowell since August 2014. Previously held positions include Coordinator of College Based Advising at Zuckerberg College of Health Sciences and Academic Advisor at Salem State University. Early career experiences include roles as a Financial Aid Counselor at Fitchburg State University and Graduate Intern for Academic Advising at Bentley University, among others. Jen holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Higher Education in Student Affairs from Salem State University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications with an emphasis on Organizational Behavior from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
