Kathleen Vaillancourt

Kathleen Vaillancourt, M.Ed, currently serves as an Instructor and Co-op Coordinator at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, specializing in coaching engineering undergraduate students within the Professional Co-op Program and collaborating with faculty and employers. Previous experience includes extensive roles at Merrimack College, where responsibilities ranged from Assistant Director for Academic Success to Project Coordinator in various capacities, impacting student engagement, retention, and international programs. Kathleen’s career also includes foundational human resource and administrative roles at Ambit Technology, complemented by a Master's degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from Salem State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Bradford College.
