Kathleen Higgins

Kathleen Higgins is an experienced professional in aviation and airport operations with a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management from the Florida Institute of Technology. Currently serving as a Communications Specialist at the Massachusetts Port Authority since January 2022, Kathleen previously held positions such as Security Supervisor and Airport Operations personnel with AvPORTS from December 2013 to January 2022. Earlier experience includes working as an Airport Operations Agent at Lee County Port Authority from April 2011 to December 2013 and in Airport Operations for the City of Tallahassee from December 2007 to April 2011.
