Jessica Claude

Jessica Claude is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at the Massachusetts School Building Authority since November 2022. Jessica founded Auntie Jess’ Toys in February 2019 and holds previous positions as a Human Resources Generalist at The Price Center and Learning and Development Coordinator at VHB, where responsibilities included evaluating educational programs, managing training data, and overseeing compliance initiatives. Additionally, Jessica has experience in payroll and administrative tasks from a stint at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as foundational HR experience as an intern at Accion. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Leadership and Management from Boston College and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Bentley University.
