Caitlin Dabrieo

Caitlin Dabrieo, MBA has a strong background in Human Resources management. Caitlin served as the Director of Human Resources at MSPCA-Angell, overseeing compensation programs and employment policies. Prior to that, they were the Assistant Director of Human Resources at the same organization, managing compensation and benefits programs. Before joining MSPCA-Angell, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Vinfen, where they focused on recruiting, employee relations, and providing HR guidance to Operations Managers. With experience at MAB Community Services as a Human Resources Manager, Caitlin handled recruiting, employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition. Their skillset includes compliance, employee coaching, and managing HR processes effectively.

Caitlin Dabrieo attended Boston Latin School from 2000 to 2006. Caitlin then earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2006 to 2010. In 2015, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management at UMass Boston, which they completed in 2018. Additionally, they pursued a second MBA in Human Resources Management at UMass Boston starting in 2015.
