Francisco Balcarcel (Franco)

Francisco (Franco) Balcarcel is a dedicated educator and sports coach with extensive experience in both the classroom and on the field. Currently serving as a Computer Information System Instructor at Tri County Regional Vocational Technical High School and Head Coach of Futsal at Rhode Island Futsal CLUB, Balcarcel has also held multiple coaching roles in youth soccer through Massachusetts Youth Soccer, Mount Saint Charles Academy, and New England Futbol Club. With a strong background in information technology instruction at Attleboro High School and experience coaching at various high schools and colleges, Balcarcel combines a solid educational foundation—holding a Master’s degree in Teaching and Curriculum, a Bachelor’s degree in Information Science/Studies, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Psychology—from reputable institutions.
