Ben Jeffers

Ben Jeffers has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ben started their career as an Assistant Compliance and Contract Officer at Aperture Health in April 2015 and worked in that role until April 2017. Ben then advanced to the position of Contracts, Compliance, and Security Counsel at the same company from April 2017 to March 2021. After that, Ben joined Circle K as a Senior Legal Counsel, where they served as the U.S. Privacy Officer from March 2021 to May 2023. Currently, they hold the position of VP Data Privacy Counsel at Massage Envy, starting in September 2023.

Ben Jeffers graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2012 with a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree. Prior to that, they attended Centre College from 2004 to 2008 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Classical Studies. Ben completed their secondary education at New Albany High School from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, they hold various certifications including Fellow of Information Privacy, Privacy Law Specialist, Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM), and Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPPUS), all obtained in 2020. Ben is also an Attorney certified by the Kentucky Bar Association and holds an In-House Counsel Certificate from the State Bar of Arizona.
