Bryan Barton

Bryan Barton has extensive experience in the operations and management of various restaurant and franchise establishments. Bryan began their career at Panera Bread in 2002, where they served as a Senior District Operations Manager. During their tenure, they successfully opened six Bakery-Cafes and oversaw two Certified Training Bakery-Cafes. Bryan also achieved a complete market turnaround in the Wichita market, leading them to profitability. Barton then joined Jack in the Box in 2014 as Director of Operations, where they were tasked with turning around a failing market with 50 locations. Bryan played a crucial role in improving sales, P&L efficiency, staff turnover, and customer service. Bryan traveled to other regions to assist with onboarding and motivation of newly hired directors of operations and implemented a successful succession planning program. Most recently, Barton joined Massage Envy in 2016 as Regional Director of Operations, overseeing franchise operations and a regional support team for clinics across multiple states. Bryan focuses on maximizing sales, fostering strong franchisee relationships, and driving compliance with corporate standards and guidelines.

Bryan Barton obtained a Certificate of Completion in Architectural Drafting and Architectural CAD/CADD from the Capital Area Career Center, which they attended from 1993 to 1995.
