Rachel Bricca has held various roles in the professional world since 2007. Rachel began their career as an Operations Assistant II at Charleston Southern University in 2007. From 2008 to 2014, they held five different roles at Charleston Southern Online, including Affiliate Professor - College of Adult and Professional Studies, Recruitment/ Admissions Coordinator, Program Coordinator, Undergraduate Counselor, and Student Services Coordinator. Since 2014, they have been employed at MassageBook, first as a Success Manager and then as Head of Customer Success.

Rachel Bricca received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Charleston Southern University in 2011.
