Elizabeth Lucey-Hearld

Elizabeth Lucey-Hearld has extensive experience in the nursing and customer service fields. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Massey Services, Inc. since 2018, Elizabeth manages high volumes of customer interactions focusing on satisfaction, retention, and report generation. Prior experience includes roles as a Nursing Instructor at Concorde Career College, where Elizabeth taught foundational nursing skills, and as an Assistant Professor of Nursing at Herzing University, specializing in high-fidelity simulation and clinical rotations. Elizabeth also held the position of Clinical Nurse Manager at Florida Hospital and worked as a Sales Tax Accountant at U-Haul International, managing tax payments and profit-loss reports.
