Melissa Hargis, M.A., is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in education and curriculum development. Currently serving as an instructional designer at Massey Services, Inc., Melissa has developed a new user interface for the Learning Management System (LMS) and a facilitation training program for Service Managers. Prior to this, at Lake Highland Preparatory School, Melissa created an innovative Latin curriculum, taught various courses, and significantly improved learners' national exam performance. Earlier roles include serving as a technology specialist and educator at West Morris Mendham High School, and teaching Latin and Spanish at Lincoln-Way Community High School District 210. Melissa has also managed archaeological projects as part of the excavation staff at Florida State University, where a focus on artifact retrieval and documentation led to the discovery of significant Etruscan findings. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Classical Archaeology and Museum Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics from Florida State University.
