Rachael Card

Rachael Card, M.Ed., is an experienced instructional designer and learning experience designer with a robust background in diversity, equity, inclusion, and leadership development. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at El Car Wash, Rachael previously held positions at Maven Clinic and HubSpot, where innovative learning solutions and DEIB initiatives were created to enhance employee experience. Rachael’s expertise in program management was further demonstrated at Florida International University, where strategic programs were developed to improve student experiences and faculty performance. Rachael's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in English and Textual Studies from Syracuse University and a Master of Education in Curriculum Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
