Rodrigo Santoro

Rodrigo Santoro is a seasoned professional in the game development industry with extensive experience in level design and project management. Currently serving as Level Design Director at Massive Entertainment - A Ubisoft Studio since December 2024, Rodrigo has previously held positions such as Missions Director at IO Interactive and various roles including World Director, Open World Director, Lead Level Designer, and Senior Level Designer at Massive Entertainment from 2014 to 2024. Prior to that, Rodrigo worked as a Level Designer at Crytek and operated as a Freelance Architect specializing in architectural visualization. Additionally, Rodrigo contributed to education as an Instructor and Academic Coordinator at CDC Academia, developing a curriculum integrating CAD and visualization tools. Rodrigo holds a Master’s degree in Videogame Creation from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and an Architect degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
