Experience • Proven Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading QA teams with a track record of delivering high-quality software. Must have held a leadership role in QA for at least 5 years, guiding teams through complex testing scenarios with grace and authority. • Technical Mastery: Deep technical proficiency in automated testing tools and frameworks, with a significant emphasis on TypeScript and Playwright. A minimum of 3 years hands-on experience in crafting and executing sophisticated test cases in these environments is essential. • Strategic QA Planning: Extensive background in developing and implementing comprehensive QA strategies that seamlessly integrate with overall product development goals. Experience in establishing QA processes and standards that elevate product quality and efficiency. • Agile Advocate: Solid understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies within QA processes. Must have actively participated in Agile ceremonies and contributed to the seamless integration of QA in the development lifecycle. • Communicative Collaborator: Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, CRM, and data teams. Should have a history of building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative environment focused on quality improvement.
