Ana-Maria Condrat

Ana-Maria Condrat has held a variety of roles since 2006. Ana-Maria began their career as an Assistant to Project Manager for Doctors of the World & Groupe de Développement Tourisme in 2006, then moved on to become a Multimedia Officer for Atchik Realtime in the same year. From 2008 to 2015, they worked as a Freelance in-company Language Trainer & Executive Assistant, providing English, French and Romanian courses to employees of a variety of French and international companies. In 2015, they took on the roles of Researcher and Candidate Manager, as well as Recruitment Coordinator, for VMA Group. From 2017 to 2022, they worked as an Exam Programme Manager and Client Services and Operations Executive for Fitch Learning, a global leader in training. Most recently, they have been the Training and Onboarding Manager for Massive Rocket | Data & CRM Agency since 2022.

Ana-Maria Condrat obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Applied Languages (French – English) from the Lucian Blaga University in Sibiu, Romania between 2000 and 2004. Ana-Maria then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Geopolitics and International Relations from the Institute of Political Sciences in Toulouse, France in 2005 and 2006. Ana-Maria also obtained a Master's Degree in International Tourism from the same institute in 2006 and 2007. In January 2022, they obtained a Braze Certified Administrator certification from Braze.
