Anthony O. Rodriguez

Anthony O. Rodriguez has more than 16 years of experience in various roles at MassMutual since September 2007, currently serving as Director of Benefits, Retirement Operations, and Quality Assurance. In this capacity, Anthony leads audits of compliance programs and assesses business processes for potential risks. Additionally, Anthony plays a significant role in the company’s LGBTQ+ business resource group as Secretary and has developed a transformative Quality Assurance strategy to mitigate financial and regulatory risks. Anthony's earlier experience includes senior service and specialist roles at The Hartford, where responsibilities spanned financial processing and client service in annuities. Anthony earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Charter Oak State College and has a foundational education in General Studies from the University of Connecticut.
