Kristen Proto

Kristen Proto possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity and project management, currently serving as the Head of Cyber Security Strategy and Project Management at MassMutual, while also participating as a member of the ETX DE&I Committee. Previously, Kristen held multiple leadership roles at LEGO Systems, Inc., including Head of CIT for Supply Chain Solutions and Demand Planning & Distribution, as well as Director positions in Security Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain Planning, and Marketing Solutions. Kristen holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Western New England University and an Associate's degree in Business Management from Bay Path University.
