Marc Gaglione

Marc Gaglione is an experienced professional in strategic operations and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Operations in Corporate Finance at MassMutual. Previously, Marc held various roles at Visa, including Director and Senior Manager in Operational Excellence & Execution, as well as Senior Analyst in the same field. At Marsh, Marc was Vice President of Operations, and at John Hancock Financial Services, roles included Project Manager in the Transformation Office and Business Consultant for Strategic Initiatives. Early in the career, Marc served as Process Improvement Leader and Six Sigma Black Belt at Group 1 Automotive. Marc Gaglione earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Northeastern University and attended St. John's Prep.
