Meredith Finch

Meredith Finch has extensive experience in business execution and digital strategy, currently serving as a Business Execution Lead and Digital Strategist at MassMutual since August 2013, where collaboration with senior leadership focuses on strategic initiatives, communications, analytics, and reporting. Prior roles include Director, overseeing team strategy and customer complaint analysis; Compliance Consultant, responsible for customer complaint investigations; Compliance Specialist, managing customer complaints in a fast-paced setting; and a prior role as Executive Assistant. Additional experience includes coaching a dance team at Springfield College and holding administrative and intern positions at Robert Half International and Broadway Dance Center, respectively.
