Regina Heyward

As Head of Supplier Diversity, Heyward will build upon the company’s ongoing practices and firmly establish an innovative supplier diversity strategy that aligns with MassMutual’s core values and work with the company’s suppliers to ensure their continued investment in diversity, equality, and inclusion within their businesses.

Heyward most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Supplier Diversity at Wells Fargo & Company where she was responsible for a $1 billion-plus portfolio of diverse business relationships. She has worked globally in Asia, Latin America, and Europe.
