Traci Spero

Traci Spero serves as the Head of Global Talent & Enterprise Strategic Workforce Planning at MassMutual since January 2025 and holds a membership position with Chief from January 2022. Previously, Traci was the inaugural Global Chief Human Resources Officer & Strategic Communications at Haven Technologies from April 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included scaling headcount from 220 to 500 during the company's growth phase. Prior roles include serving as the Head of Human Resources & Strategy (CHRO) at Canon USA, where Traci managed HR operations for over 6,000 employees, and as the Director of Talent Strategy and Insights at Macy's, impacting over 8,000 employees across major business units. Additional experience includes teaching as an adjunct instructor at St. Francis College and leading HR transformation efforts at NYC Health + Hospitals. Traci holds an MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from St. Francis College.
