Ingrid Pemberton-Diaz

Ingrid Pemberton-Diaz has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Ingrid is currently working at Massy Distribution (Trinidad), where they hold the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager at the same company. Ingrid also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Bermudez Group Ltd. Ingrid has held the position of Group Human Resources Manager at Electrical Industries Limited and served as the Organizational Development and Performance Management Lead at Ansa McAl Group of Companies. In addition, they have worked as a Change Coordinator at the Ministry of Health, Trinidad and Tobago, and as a New-systems Facilitator - Change Management at the Ministry of Public Administration. In their earlier career, Ingrid worked as an Executive Assistant/Special Project Officer at PCS Nitrogen Trinidad Limited.

Ingrid Pemberton-Diaz obtained a Certification in the PROSCI ADKAR Methodology from ADPRO, PROSCI in 2013. From 2007 to 2010, they attended the Arthur Lok Jack Graduate School of Business, where they earned a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (MHRM). Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Ingrid studied at The University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies. Ingrid'seducational journey began at St. Francois Girls' College, where they attended from 1992 to 1999. In 2020, Ingrid participated in a course on HR Analytics at The Wharton School.
