Ruben Soler has amassed extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Gerente Contrato Ecopetrol Comisionamiento, Gerente de servicios compartidos, and Gerente de Operaciones & Mantenimiento at Massy Energy Colombia S.A.S. since October 2014. Previously, Ruben worked at Woodgroup from February 1997 to September 2014 as Lider de Mantenimiento. Educational qualifications include a degree in Ingeniería Electrónica from Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas (1986-1992) and a Maestría en Administración de Negocios from Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
