Christine Wertz, PMP, LEED AP, has a diverse work experience in the construction and development industry. Christine began their career as a Construction Administration Intern at HKS in 2006 and worked their way up through various roles at companies like CFR Engineering Inc., Forrester Construction Company, and Edgley Construction Group. Their most recent roles include Vice President of Development at Mast Capital and Senior Development Manager at The Collier Companies, showcasing their expertise in project and program management. Throughout their career, Christine has managed a wide range of projects and demonstrated strong leadership skills in the development and construction process.
Christine Wertz completed their education at the University of Hartford with a degree in Architectural Engineering Technology in 2008. Christine then went on to the University of Maryland, where they obtained a B.S. in Environmental Science and Technology with a concentration in Ecological Technology Design in 2011. Christine further pursued higher education at the University of Maryland, earning a Master of Science in Environmental Management in 2014, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 2016. Additionally, Christine holds certifications as a LEED AP from USGBC and as a Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute.
