Teresa Tsung

Teresa Tsung has a strong background in project controls and management. Teresa currently holds the position of Executive Director of Project Controls at MasTec since March 2021. Prior to that, they worked at PLH Group, Inc. from 2012 to 2021, holding various roles including Senior Director of Project Controls, Director of Project Controls, and Manager of Project Delivery. At PLH Group, they oversaw all project management and controls aspects of the organization, collaborated with corporate departments, and developed/improved business processes. Before PLH Group, Teresa worked as a Regional Scheduler at Henkels & McCoy from 2010 to 2012, managing scheduling aspects for the West Region. Teresa also worked as a Project Controls Scheduler at WorleyParsons from 2007 to 2010, where they developed and maintained detailed schedules for engineering design and construction projects. At Technip from 2005 to 2007, they served as a Project Controls Scheduler and Cost Engineer, preparing budgets, cost data, and expenditure reports for various projects.

Teresa Tsung obtained a B.A. in Music Business/Management from Berklee College of Music in the years 1996-2000. Teresa also completed a Construction Management Certificate from Cal Poly Pomona Extended University in 2008-2009.
