Gaurav Jain

Gaurav Jain's work experience includes various roles in the IT industry. Gaurav started their career in 2003 as a Team Lead at Maa Microsystem. From 2004 to 2012, they worked at Mastek Ltd, where they held roles such as Module Lead, Test Lead, Service Delivery Lead, as well as Release Planning and Project Manager. During this time, they were responsible for managing teams, handling project financials, stakeholder management, and resource management. Gaurav also transitioned testing operations from a client to an offshore location and set up testing teams, processes, and governance. Since 2018, Gaurav has been serving as an IT Delivery Director/Manager at Mastek Ltd, overseeing business changes, enhancements, and legislative changes for a large credit provider in the UK. Gaurav is responsible for strategic planning, stakeholder management, and project reporting, among other responsibilities.

Gaurav Jain obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Systems from Savitribai Phule Pune University from 1998 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a Diploma in Advanced Computing (DAC) from CDAC in 2000.
