Poorvi Srivastava has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field spanning over several companies. Poorvi started their career as a US IT Recruiter at PCS Technology Ltd. in 2010, where they were responsible for identifying and submitting qualified resources, conducting professional assessments, and arranging interviews. Poorvi then joined Tata Consultancy Services as an IT Recruiter-APAC, handling recruitment for the domestic and APAC regions, short-listing candidates, and coordinating with panels and candidates. In 2012, they joined Capgemini as a Recruitment Consultant, specializing in recruiting candidates for SAP skills, conducting initial screening and evaluation of resumes, and negotiating salaries. From 2015 to 2016, Poorvi worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at Reliance Global Cloud Xchange, focusing on end-to-end recruitment, managing vendors, and working with recruitment consultants. Currently, they are a Recruitment Lead at Mastek, where they provide a consultative recruitment service, maintains relationships with business stakeholders, manages various types of hiring, and initiates process improvement initiatives.
Poorvi Srivastava completed their PGDM+MPM degree in Finance and Human Resource from Sinhgad Institute Of Management And Computer Application from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, they obtained the certification "Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment" from LinkedIn in 2020.
