Julie Demario

Julie DeMario is an experienced operations leader in the food services industry, currently serving as the EWR Director of Operations at Master ConcessionAir since November 2021. Prior to this role, Julie held key management positions at OTG Management as Multi-Unit General Manager, Spectra Wired as General Manager, and Carlo's Bakery also as General Manager. Julie began a career in culinary management as Chef Director at Compass Group. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Restaurant/Food Services Management from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Baking and Pastry Arts from Baltimore International College.
