Shelly Courter

Shelly Courter is an experienced Human Resources and Payroll professional with a strong background in managing payroll processes and HR information systems. Currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Specialist at Master Electronics since March 2022, Shelly previously worked as a Senior Payroll and Benefits Manager at Inspire Communities. Shelly's experience includes roles at Great Hearts Academies as an AP/Payroll Manager, RI International as an HRIS/Payroll Administrator, and various payroll specialist positions at Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center and Sunstate Equipment. Shelly has a solid foundation in accounting, holding an Associate's degree from Gateway Community College, earned between 1998 and 2003.
