Julia Rubinic

Julia Rubinic has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Julia is currently working as the Sr Director of Customer Onboarding at Cricut, where they lead a cross-functional team to improve the onboarding experience for new owners. Previously, they worked as a Board Member and Founder at Trinity County Agriculture Alliance. Prior to that, Julia served as the UX Research and Strategy Director at Digitas North America and the GVP of Strategy and User Experience at Huge. Julia also worked as a User Experience Partner at BBVA and held the position of User Experience Lead / Managing Director at Spring Studio. Additionally, Julia has experience as the Director of Global Web Marketing at Logitech and as an Executive Interactive Producer at BBDO / Organic. Julia started their career at R/GA, where they held roles such as Group Account Director and Account Director. Throughout their career, Julia has demonstrated their expertise in user experience, research, strategy, and team leadership.

Julia Rubinic completed their bachelor's degree in English from Barnard College, where they attended from 1987 to 1991.
