Nataliia Yerisova

Nataliia Yerisova has over 15 years of work experience in recruitment and talent management. Nataliia began their career in 2005 as a Marketing Manager at UI CJSC “Dobromyl” in Kyiv, Ukraine. In 2007, they joined Ciklum as a Recruitment Delivery Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant. In 2016, they were appointed Chief Talent Acquisition Officer at Svitla Systems, Inc. In 2018, they became the Recruitment & Talent Management Director at O2IT: Outsourcing2IT. In 2019, they were promoted to Head of Talent Acquisition at Innovecs. Currently, they are the Head of Global Recruitment at Master Of Code Global.

Nataliia Yerisova obtained their MA in Linguistics from Chernivci National 'Juriy Fedkovyc' University between 1999 and 2007.
