Bandar AlHarbi

Bandar AlHarbi has extensive work experience in the field of business development, operations management, and project management. Bandar currently holds the position of Chief Officer of Business Development - BDO at Master Works, a role they have held since July 2020. Prior to this, Bandar worked at Master Works/DataWay as the COO from November 2011 to July 2020, where they provided visionary leadership and management to drive the company's sales, profitability, and business goals.

Before joining Master Works, Bandar served as the EDW Director at STC from August 2010 to November 2011, where they were responsible for driving enterprise view initiatives for data warehouse, business intelligence, and corporate performance management. Bandar ensured the implementation of best practices and governance across the EDW team.

Bandar also gained valuable experience at Kuwait Telecommunication Company- VIVA as the Project Management and Planning Senior Manager from December 2008 to August 2010. Bandar'sresponsibilities included handling various projects related to billing, customer care, mediation, data warehouse, contact center, fraud management, ERP, and web portals.

Additionally, Bandar worked at STC as the Project Manager for Customer Care & Billing Support Project from April 2002 to February 2008. Prior to that, they served as the DBA&OS at Tawuniya from October 2000 to April 2002, and as a System Analyst at the General Auditing Bureau (GAB) from July 1999 to October 2000.

Bandar AlHarbi earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer & Information Sciences from King Saud University, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Furthermore, they obtained additional certifications, including one on Innovation from the Monshaat Academy at Stanford Online in September 2022 and another on making strategic thinking a habit from LinkedIn in February 2021.
