Caitlin Warren

Caitlin Warren has a diverse work experience in operations and transportation roles. Caitlin is currently the VP of DC Operations and Transportation at Master since April 2023. Prior to that, Caitlin worked at Spin Master from August 2020 to April 2023 as the Director of Freight and Transportation. From 2015 to 2020, they had several roles at Walmart including Senior Manager of International Logistics from August 2018 to August 2020, Senior Manager of Network Strategy & Design from April 2016 to August 2020, and Manager of Transportation Innovation from March 2015 to April 2016. Caitlin also worked at Target as the Transportation Planning Manager from January 2014 to March 2015, and as the Field Operations Manager from January 2012 to January 2014. Prior to that, they were a Business Analyst Supply Chain Major Projects at Canadian Tire from 2010 to 2012, and a Business Analyst / Process Improvement Lead at C&S Wholesale Grocers from 2006 to 2009.

Caitlin Warren completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University between 2002 and 2006. Caitlin later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at McMaster University, specializing in a double minor in Management and Management of Innovation and New Technology from 2015 to 2017.
