Paul Pieper

Paul Pieper has extensive work experience in the HVAC industry. Paul started their career as a Design and Applications Engineer at CIRCUL-AIRE Inc. in 1996 and later worked as a Marketing Manager at Annexair. Paul then joined Carrier HVAC as a Product Manager, where they achieved record bookings by developing sales and marketing strategies. After Carrier HVAC, Pieper worked at Venmar CES Inc. as a Marketing Manager, responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Service Departments and contributing to strategic direction. Paul then joined Nortek Air Solutions, LLC as a Product Line General Manager, managing the entire product line(s) life cycle and driving solution sets across development teams. Currently, they work at The Master Group / Le Groupe Master as the National Director Of Business Development, overseeing business development, sales growth, and training initiatives. Paul has successfully developed growth plans, sales playbooks, and training programs to meet objectives and ensure sales growth and profitability.

Paul Pieper completed their high school education at Richelieu Valley Regional High School from 1984 to 1989. Paul then pursued a CEGEP Diploma in Pure and Applied Sciences from Marianopolis College from 1989 to 1991. Following this, Paul attended Concordia University, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng) degree in the Department of Building, Civil and Environmental Engineering from 1991 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Paul Pieper obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec in May 1999.
