Monica Giles

Monica Giles is an experienced project manager and engineer specializing in product development and innovation in the furniture and cabinetry industry. Currently serving as Project Manager-Innovation of Finish and Materials at MasterBrand Cabinets LLC since October 2016, Monica has previously held various roles within the company, including Continuous Improvement Manager and Product Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Monica worked at Kimball Hospitality as a Project Manager, focusing on case good and seating product solutions. Earlier career roles include Product Engineer positions at JASPER WOOD PRODUCTS COMPANY INC and National Office Furniture, where responsibilities included product documentation and engineering. Monica holds an Associate of Science degree in Architecture from Ivy Tech Community College.
