Samantha Havran is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and learning and development, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Aldevron since June 2017, where responsibilities include developing and leading strategies to attract, develop, and retain talent. Previously, from May 2012 to June 2017, Samantha held the position of Learning and Development Manager at General Mills, focusing on creating innovative learning solutions to enhance employee performance. Samantha earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Gustavus Adolphus College and a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
