Tonyia Purdy

Tonyia Purdy, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at MasterBrand, Inc., Tonyia has previously held significant positions such as Global Human Resources Director and Director of Human Resources at Carrier HVAC. Additional roles include Associate Director of Human Resources at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, where responsibilities encompassed managing HR for both Automated Logic Field Operations and WHQ, as well as serving as Senior Manager in Human Resources. Prior to that, Tonyia contributed to PepsiCo in multiple HR and sales management roles, and started a career at Ford Motor Credit Company as Senior Manager of Operations. Tonyia holds an MBA in Business from High Point University and has additional education from The University of Texas at Arlington.
