Muchemi Wambugu

Muchemi Wambugu, MBS, is an accomplished technology and management consultant with extensive experience in leading technology-led transformation initiatives across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Technology for Development at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, Muchemi provides independent insights into Kenya's technology landscape to inform national transformation initiatives. As the Founder and Managing Director of Sirius Consult, Muchemi focuses on end-to-end product development and coaching C-suite executives on enhancing business performance. Prior roles include leading institutional systems transformations at the Intergovernmental Authority on Development, advising on digital transformations at the World Bank and USAID, and serving in senior positions at PwC, Deloitte, and IBM Global Services. Muchemi holds a Master's Certificate in Project Management from UC Berkeley Extension and a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems from the University of Manitoba.
