Ntwali Ivan

Ntwali Ivan is an experienced professional currently serving as the Country Director for Rwanda at Mastercard Foundation since August 2025, focusing on strategy, stakeholder management, project management, leadership, and budgeting. Previously, Ntwali held the role of Country Director for both Uganda and Rwanda at GiveDirectly from July 2016 to August 2025. Ntwali's career also includes a position as Strategy and Market Lead at Mobisol Group and as Corporate and Strategy Manager at Airtel Rwanda, alongside experience as Supplies and Operations Manager at Hass Petroleum (U) Ltd. Ntwali holds a Master of Business Administration from The African Leadership University and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management from Uganda Martyrs University.
