Modeste Shumbusho

Modeste Shumbusho is the current Country Director for Rwanda at All Across Africa. Prior to this, they worked as a Healing and Reconciliation Training Facilitator from June 2011 to December 2012 at Rwanda partners. In this role, they were responsible for assessing relevant training needs, identifying training needs, finding curriculum or partner organizations for training and proposing specific modules, creating and submitting proposal budgets for any proposed training programs, facilitating healing and reconciliation Training and workshops for beneficiaries, and conducting impact surveys to the beneficiaries.

Modeste Shumbusho has a Bachelor's in Rural Development and Agribusiness from the University of Rwanda.

Modeste Shumbusho works with Alicia Wallace - Co-Founder & COO, Agnes Zawedde - Country Director, Tanzania, and Catherine Zalwango - Country Director, Uganda. Their manager is Gregory Stone, Co-Founder & CEO.
