Suraj Shah

Suraj Shah is an experienced professional with a robust background in development strategy and partnerships across various sectors. Currently serving as Lead for Government and Strategic Partnerships at Mastercard Foundation since March 2020, Shah focuses on innovative teaching and learning initiatives. Prior to this, a role as a Development Strategy Specialist involved creating long-term plans and community impact metrics for a local foundation in Kenya. Shah's extensive experience includes leading Intel's Africa Programs from 2007 to 2019, developing initiatives like Intel® Suraj Will Connect, and enhancing corporate affairs in East Africa. Previous roles encompass consultancy and management positions with Grameen Foundation, Shamac Limited, Adept Systems, Africaland Computers, and Deloitte & Touche. Shah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Manchester.
