Tina Muparadzi

Tina Muparadzi serves as the Executive Director for Education & Transitions at Mastercard Foundation since November 2019, overseeing initiatives in Secondary and Higher Education, including the flagship Scholars Program. Previously, Tina held roles such as Chief People and Culture Officer at Africa Development Bank and Learning Consultant at Safaricom Limited. Tina's extensive experience in human resources and leadership development includes positions at Airtel Ghana Limited as Human Resources Director and at Airtel Africa as Regional HR Business Partner. Tina's career also features significant roles at Celtel International and British American Tobacco, where diverse HR leadership responsibilities were undertaken. Tina holds advanced degrees, including a Doctorate in Business Administration from SBS Swiss Business School, and a Credential in Public Leadership from Harvard Kennedy School, among others.
