Alexa Hijazi

Alexa Hijazi currently serves as the Director of Product Management for US Debit at Mastercard, where responsibilities include strategizing to protect and enhance debit volumes while navigating regulatory changes. Previously, Alexa held various roles at Mastercard, including Manager of Product Management for Digital Enablement, where a digital fraud strategy was implemented, and Senior Specialist for Strategy Pricing & Interchange in International Markets, delivering insights that optimized revenue by over $10 million. Earlier experience includes research assistance at UCL's Health Economics and Outcomes Research, and several internships in neurosurgery at esteemed institutions like Weill Cornell Medicine and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Alexa holds a Master's degree in Global Health and Development from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience from the University of St Andrews.
